This is our "Mind" phase, where we conduct a deep-dive Lifestyle Audit to map your daily routines into a functional floor plan.

We offer an À la Carte, design-only package that prioritises transparency. You receive a "Design Bible" of technical blueprints and photorealistic renders, giving you the mental clarity to manage your home journey with total autonomy.

We are a design-led consultancy. If you have a preferred painter, a trusted electrician, or a family-friend contractor, you are 100% free to engage them. Our role is to act as your Design Advocate, providing the technical coordination to ensure the vision is executed perfectly.

Zero Lock-In

You can opt for a Design-Only Package. We provide a line-itemised fee structure where you only pay for the services you value. If you want us to handle the design but prefer to manage the site yourself, we provide the options to make that possible.
